Your beef will harvested at it's peak flavor in late fall and shipped for free right to your door starting in October through December. First orders in are first orders shipped out, so don't wait! We are constantly rotating the herd through different pastures on the ranch so they always have access to bountiful forage, and fresh mountain water.
