Shipping policy

Sangres ships out Mondays and Tuesdays with usually a 1 to 2 day transit time. As soon we make the label a tracking number will be emailed to you when your beef ships out so you can keep eyes on it. 

We work hard to ensure all our packages arrive frozen solid by using the best insulation materials and dry ice and/or the best ice packs however if any product were to ever arrive thawed or in poor condition please contact us at orders@sangresbest.com attach photos of compromised product and we will replace your order immediately.
